These Terms and Conditions govern the use of privatenutrition.com.au and the membership services provided by Private Nutrition (“Private Nutrition”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing the website, creating an account, or subscribing to a membership, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the website or our services.
1. Business Information
Private Nutrition operates an online membership platform that provides members access to purchase supplements at wholesale member pricing.

2. Eligibility
To use our services you must:
- be at least 16 years old
- provide accurate account information
- comply with these Terms
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Membership Service
Private Nutrition provides a paid membership subscription that grants access to purchase supplements at wholesale-level member pricing.
Membership details:
- Price: $18 AUD per month
- Advertised equivalent: $4 per week
- Minimum commitment: 6 months
- Billing cycle: monthly recurring charge
Membership provides access to discounted member pricing only.
Products purchased through the platform are not included in the membership fee.
Membership benefits are non-transferable.
4. Account Registration
To use membership services, users must create an account.
Account information may include:
- name
- address
- email
- mobile number
- payment details
- login credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Private Nutrition is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where reasonable security precautions were not taken.
5. One Household Policy
Each membership is strictly limited to one household.
Accounts must not be shared across multiple households or unrelated individuals.
Private Nutrition reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating this policy.
6. Anti-Reselling Policy
Membership is intended strictly for personal household consumption.
Members must not purchase products for:
- resale
- redistribution
- commercial supply
Private Nutrition may monitor purchasing behaviour.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated where there is reasonable suspicion of resale activity, including but not limited to:
- unusually high purchasing volumes
- repetitive bulk purchasing
- purchasing behaviour consistent with retail redistribution
7. Payments and Recurring Billing
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Private Nutrition to charge your nominated payment method for:
- the $18 monthly membership fee
- any product purchases
- applicable shipping costs
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Membership fees are automatically billed each month during the membership term.
Failure to process payment may result in:
- suspension of membership access
- termination of the account.
8. Minimum Contract Term
Membership subscriptions include a minimum commitment of six (6) months.
This commitment exists because Private Nutrition operates on extremely low margins by providing wholesale pricing access.
Members receive the benefit of discounted product pricing in exchange for the minimum membership commitment.
9. Early Cancellation and Termination Fee
Members may request cancellation before the end of the minimum term.
If a membership is cancelled early, an early termination fee equal to 70% of the remaining membership value will apply.
This fee reflects the discounted nature of the service and helps offset operational costs associated with providing wholesale-level pricing access.
Once the termination fee is paid, the membership will be cancelled and billing will stop.
10. Merchant-Friendly Cancellation Process

Cancellation requests must include:
- the email associated with the account
- full name
- cancellation request
Cancellation requests will typically be processed within 2–5 business days.
Memberships cancelled after the minimum term will not incur termination fees.
11. Shipping
Members are responsible for shipping costs associated with product orders.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Private Nutrition is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.
12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:

Private Nutrition will endeavour to provide an appropriate remedy which may include:
- replacement
- store credit
- refund
- alternative resolution
Remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- a replacement or refund for a major failure
- compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
14. Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Private Nutrition, subject to applicable law.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By subscribing to the membership service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the membership includes a minimum 6-month contractual commitment
- early cancellation requires payment of the 70% early termination fee
Members agree to contact Private Nutrition at hello@privatenutrition.com.au to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Where a chargeback is initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with Private Nutrition:
Private Nutrition reserves the right to:
- suspend or terminate the membership account
- recover unpaid membership fees and early termination fees
- submit these Terms and transaction records to the payment processor as evidence of the agreed subscription terms
This clause does not affect rights under Australian Consumer Law.
16. Health Disclaimer
Private Nutrition does not provide medical advice.
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, particularly if you:
- have a medical condition
- are pregnant or breastfeeding
- are taking medications.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Private Nutrition is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- loss of profits
- loss arising from misuse of products
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
18. Intellectual Property

- branding
- graphics
- logos
- text
- website design
It is the intellectual property of Private Nutrition.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
19. Changes to These Terms
Private Nutrition may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the website.
Continued use of the website or membership service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
