Who we are

We founded Private Nutrition after years in the supplement industry watching prices climb while product quality dropped. Our mission is simple: provide Australian-made premium supplements at honest wholesale prices, supported by education and transparency.

We are providing our members with high quality Australian brands you know at wholesale prices. The value and reason for coming into Private Nutrition is the offer of year round price reduction to our members, not a one off meagre bLaCk fRiDaY discount. We believe that committed loyal customers should always receive the price benefit, not an over paid CEO shopping for his second Lamborghini.

We are a Private Members Association, different from anything else you know. Our model is based on customer satisfaction and needs, hence we really want your input as this evolves. We are aiming to on-board new brands that you’d like to see as demand grows.

We are offering top of the line, premium Australian products at 35-50% off RRP. Where most of our competitors have financially incentivised KPIs for staff, oriented around selling their specific home brand, we will not be doing this. Our model is based on the best product for the individual’s circumstances and wallet, not a salesman’s bonus!

A monthly educational newsletter is a free part of our service and engagement with our members. This will include research backed general + advanced information as well as highlighting our partnered products, new brands and member competitions.

This way we protect our suppliers, our members and team in order to continue this into the future.

Operating at wholesale costs means shipping is not included. We will endeavour to keep and push these costs as low as we can, the busier we get the lower shipping costs will be.
Wholesale prices means we purely break even on product sales hence the membership fees provide the funding to support our vision. A 6 month membership is to encourage long term usage and commitment for our longevity.

We are committed to helping people live a healthier life and believe this is an important part of that equation. These brands provide a range of grass fed whey, organic plant proteins and research backed formulations.
Something most people don’t know is that the box stores sell their own brand of supplements. These are pushed via KPI incentives since these products have a double margin on them for the company. Sadly salesmen are financially pushed to “recommend” these home brands at the cost of the customer. Typically these brands use cheap raw ingredients to maximise profit.

We are not stocking American brands due to concerns over quality and supporting Australian businesses. Something a large portion of supplement users don’t know is that an overwhelming portion of American brands are filled with low quality raw ingredients in order to achieve the sheer quantity and scale that they do. One example is a recent addition to ingredient labels stating: Contains Bioengineered ingredients. This is a less known term for GMO lab made, something that at Private Nutrition we have no tolerance for in our food supply. We advocate for clean eating supported by the highest quality supplements, avoiding the mass marketed modern poisons that unfortunately have become rampant today. We doubt this trend of bioengineered ingredients will reverse and sadly expect it to accelerate, so for that reason we are not stocking any American or low quality brands as we expect most to adopt this. We also want to bring back some national pride by supporting the numerous awesome Aussie brands that focus on certifiably premium ingredients.
We have the best prices and that means we save our members time with no need to scout around to find financially affordable deals. Even the best annual sales at competitors don’t scratch our minimum discount. This goes for both box store AND online competitors.
These companies did create a solution to what was ever rising prices post 2019, and for that they have done awesome. However they are still just a single supplement manufacturer\supplier selling their own line of products. We differ in that we offer many different manufacturers products all at a price that aims to compete with the bulk online wholesalers. One of the main critiques we hear with the bulk online guys is that if you don’t like their brand of chocolate flavour, too bad. With us at Private Nutrition, you don’t like a certain chocolate…try one of our many other brands take on chocolate because they all do it different. Our members get the brands they know and love all in one place at wholesale price, exactly like a physical store minus the financial sting.
